You need to find other sources of fun that don’t include food. There are those who love to cook and therefore also tend to eat a great deal. This is acceptable. Food can be soothing and a great way to spend time with others. Just make sure you have hobbies that you like just as much as food. Take up a hobby that involves getting you physically active.
